SyMath Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• The App creates an anonymous account when it first launches.
• Online play, purchases and restore require signing in with a Google account or an Apple ID.
• You may not let anyone else use your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. The effect of deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Player names

Your player name is visible to other players. Offensive, discriminatory or official-sounding names, and names containing personal information, are not allowed. We may reject or change them, or suspend the account.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Violating any law or public order
• Harassing or discriminating against other players
• Manipulating gameplay or results with unauthorised software or by tampering with traffic
• Placing an excessive load on our servers
• Reverse engineering the App except where permitted by law
• Infringing the rights of us or any third party

4. Fees

Playing the App is free. SyMath Pro (board colours, check effects and detailed stats) is an optional one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google. Restore is available from the Store screen. Refunds follow each store's rules.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes relating to the App.
