SyMath account deletion request

You can request deletion of your SyMath account even if the app is not installed. If you can open the App, use Settings → Delete Account.
What we delete
- Account information (uid and linked Google / Apple sign-in)
- Profile and settings
- Statistics and match history
- Block list
What remains
- Abuse reports
- Your identifier and player name in another player's match history
- Access logs
How to request
Email kotaro.fujimoto@fexcy.com with the subject "SyMath account deletion" and include:
- the Google or Apple email you used to sign in;
- your in-app player name if you remember it;
- a clear request to delete the account.
We will verify your identity and aim to complete the request within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone.
